1. MAKE A TO DO LIST OR LIST OF YOUR GOALS
2. DO IT EVERY DAY
3. TICK THOSE TASK YOU HAVE COMPLETED
4. STICK TO IT

TO START,MAKE A LIST OF THINGS YOU THINK YOU NEED TO DO .DO
NOT GO HARD ON DAY ONE START WITH SOMETHING LITTLE WHICH YOU CAN DO EASILY AND
SLOWLY PROGRESS TO DO BIGGER AND DIFFICULT TASKS.
DO IT EVERY DAY
NOW, EVEN IF YOU FAIL TO DO MAJORITY OF THE TASK IN INITIAL
STAGE DO NOT GET STRESSED OUT .EVEN IF YOU HAD DONE 2% OF WHAT YOU NEEDED TO DO,
WELL 2% IS BETTER THAN ZERO.DO NOT PANIC, DO NOT GET DEMOTIVATED.KEEP DOING IT
