PERFECT BODY IS NOT ABOUT HAVING HAVING SIX PECS, BEING LEAN OR TO PACK YOURSELF WITH SO MUCH MUSCLES THAT STARTS LOOKING LIKE A BULL DOG.IT IS  ABOUT BEING HEALTHY,AGILE AND FLEXIBLE.IT IS ABOUT CHANGING YOUR LIFE STYLE FOR GOOD.
