FIRST AND FOREMOST, YOU HAVE TO CHANGE YOUR DIET.IF YOUR ARE FAT OR OVERWEIGHT DUDE YOUR DIET IS FUCKED UP. AND NOT MUCH, START IT SLOWLY, GET USE TO HEALTHY STUFF.SLOWLY AND STEADILY CHANGE YOUR 

DIET AND STICK WITH IT.

SAY NO TO SUGAR

AVOID JUNK AND PACAKDEGED FOOD.

AND EAT IN MODERATION'S, ADD NUTS TO YOUR DIET IT WILL HELP IMMENSELY. AND LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST KEEP IT REAL DON’T GO FOR SOMETHING WHICH YOU CAN’T FOLLOW TO THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. BEING FIT IS NOT ABOUT HAVING 6 PECS OR EATING JUST BOILED STUFF.HAVE A BIT OF FUN ALSO.

YOU SEE, OUR BODY IS DESIGNED TO MOVE NOT TO SIT AROUND FOR HOURS AND LOOKING @ SCREENS.OUR BODY BURNS CALORIES WHEN IT MOVES.
SUPPOSE OUR BODY IS A CAR AND FOOD IS OUR FUEL.NOW IF YOU FILL UP YOUR  CAR WITH FUEL AND LET IT SIT IN THE GARAGE DOING NOTHING , WILL YOUR CAR BE ABLE TO BURN THAT FUEL?

NO, IT WILL NOT.WHY? BECAUSE IT IS NOT MOVING,IT IS NOT UTILIZING THAT FUEL.

SAME APPLIES TO OUR BODY AS WELL .IF YOU AIN’T GONNA MOVE YOU AIN’T GONNA  BURN CALORIES.ULTIMATELY YOU WILL GET FAT.
SO ,WORKOUT AT LEAST 15 MINUTES A DAY,WALK RUN, SPRINT,DO BODY WEIGHT EXERCISE,WHATEVER YOU CAN DO.START THINGS SLOWLY.YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A POWER LIFTER TO LOOSE WEIGHT.

 ANOTHER MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT OF BEING FIT IS REST.YOUR BODY NEED REST TO RECOVER.GIVE YOUR BODY SOME TIME TO RELAX AS WELL,BECAUSE WITHOUT RESTING EVERYTHING WILL GO IN VAIN AS WITHOUT REST YOUR BODY CAN NOT HEAL.SO,GIVE YOUR BODY 6-8 HOURS OF REST(i.e. SLEEP).

AT LAST WAIT THIS PROCESS WILL TAKE TIME .BUT IT IS GOOD TO MAKE A HABIT THEN JUST MAKING IT “A NEW YEAR RESOLUTION”
