SO,THE ONLY WAY TO REDUCE BELLY FAT IS TO REDUCE THE OVERALL FAT % OF YOUR BODY.THERE ARE SOME FACTOR WHICH WILL DECIDE HOW MUCH YOU WILL REDUCE AND HOW MUCH TIME YOU WILL TAKE TO DO SO.AND THE FACTORS ARE:-

DIET

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO CHANGE YOUR DIET DRASTICALLY, START WITH SOME SMALL CHANGES AND THE FIRST CHANGE MUST BE: - STOP EATING FAST FOOD OR AT LEAST LIMIT THE QUANTITY YOU CONSUME, THEN CHANGE YOUR DIET A BIT .HAVE A BIG BREAKFAST AND EAT LESS FOR DINNER, ADD NUTS AND FRUITS TO YOUR DIET.CONSUME MORE PROTEIN AND LESS CARBOHYDRATES .STOP CONSUMING SUGAR, BECAUSE IT IS AS BAD AS ANY DRUG COULD BE.AND GO SLOW, MAKE CHANGES WHICH YOU CAN SUSTAIN IN LONG RUN. BECAUSE BEING FIT AND HEALTHY AIN’T NO 2-3 MONTH COURSE, IT IS A LIFE TIME PROCESS.
FIRST STEP OF REDUCING WEIGHT IS TO REDUCE YOU DAILY CALORIES CONSUMPTION A BIT.SUPPOSE YOU EAT 2400 CALORIES A DAY THEN REDUCE IT TO 2200 CALORIES A DAY.

EXERCISE

NEXT MOST IMPORTANT THING IS TO WORKOUT. NOTHING COMPLEX KEEP IT SIMPLE DO SOME WEIGHT TRAINING ALONG WITH CARDIO THAT IS IT. IF FOR SOME REASON YOU DO NOT HAVE A GYM MEMBERSHIP THEN A SIMPLE RUN OR JOG IS ALSO SUFFICIENT.BUT DO IT EVERYDAY BECAUSE SEE OUR BODY IS DESIGNED TO MOVE,RUN,HUNT AND WHAT NOT BUT NOT TO SIT AROUND.SO,SHOW YOUR BODY SOME LOVE AND MOVE IT.

REST

YOU CAN DO EVERYTHING RIGHT BUT WILL NOT SEE ANY RESULTS. WHY? BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT GIVING YOUR BODY ADEQUATE TIME TO REST.SO,GIVE IT SOME SOME REST,SLEEP WELL.YOUR BODY IS LIKE YOUR PHONE , IT NEEDS SOME TIME TO RECHARGE AND GET GOING AGAIN.AND DON'T OVER USE IT.

CONSISTENCY

ALONG WITH DIET AND EXERCISE ANOTHER IMPORTANT THING IS CONSISTENCY AS I SAID THIS AIN’T NO 2-3 MONTH COURSE IT’S A LIFETIME PROCESS.SO DO IT EVERYDAY .AND IT IS OK IF YOU FAIL BECAUSE EVERYBODY DOES.SO,IT IS NOT ABOUT FAILING, IT IS ABOUT TRYING.TRYING EVERYDAY TO BE BETTER THEN YOU WERE YESTERDAY.
